Chicken Mei Fun

A very late lunch, caused by the usual mix of indecisiveness and inability to commit! 

Good recipe... Added more black soy sauce to give it a darker color. To mix ingredients into the meifun you need to toss the noodles up with two chopsticks. Impossible to mix in otherwise!
