Chinese Dinner

These nights, it really feels like we can't go wrong with some fragrant jasmine rice and a few chinese style dishes. Made 8 oz of pork go a long way here! 4 oz in soup, 4 oz in stir fry! Haha! 

Soup was a tomato, pickled vegetable, tofu and meatball soup. Seasoned the meatballs in the same sauce as the pork in the green bean stir fry. Some msg, salt, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper in the soup and you're good to go! Season to taste. 

Ginger sauce kai lan. Bit of work squeezing the ginger juice only to prefer our go-to garlic sauce more, ha!
