Notes

• Messed up the soaking of the tofu in the S&P tofu (threw all the ingredients in incl the sesame oil and stuff) but LOL all worked out fine. Perhaps the easier way to go about it. 
• Also dumped all the spices into the cornstarch mix, but worked out fine too! Maybe more flavorful b/c of it.
