Taiwanese Sticky Rice with Pork

Today was a great meal-planning day... perhaps stemming from the fact that the lack of decision making yesterday led to a semi-lackluster lunch for me (and some arguments...)!
For lunch we had a dish that I've been craving for a few days: Taiwanese sticky rice with pork, dried mushrooms, dried shrimp, and dried scallops. It was everything I was expecting and so delicious! You can't go wrong with that combo.
Next time, I'd pay attention to reduce the liquid to almost dry so the end result won't be as wet. Still good though. Perhaps time to invest in a bamboo steamer as well.
