Tuna Nabemono

Followed this to a T, it was great. The ojiya was probably the best part of the lunch! Given where we are, the easiest tuna to obtain is of the super lean variety. It wasn't bad, we cooked it to a medium / medium rare, but I can imagine how amazing it would be with some chu-toro, ya know. Shame!
