Chinese Lunch (Weekday lunch streak #6?!)

Another one for the jounal:

I believe this is day 6 of our non-stop weekday lunch streak. To think of the days where I used to make 2 lunches!! Where CC ate vegan tacos and I (mainly) ate leftovers??? What is that life? THIS is the life!!! I hope to be able to keep this up. 

On the menu:

1) Douzhi Fish by Garden Time (Link
3rd time making this, it gets easier and easier! Maybe one day I can make it from memory. So delicious. $6 for 2 servings because we used cheap basa fish. It's a great texture IMO. 

2) Dry pot cauliflower by WoksOfLife (Link)
Tasty, but 1/2 cup water as described in the recipe is too much. I used 1/4 here. But what I'd do next time perhaps is blanch the cauliflower and use even less water so I get a drier dish rather than a slightly saucy dish. The 1/2 cup water is used to steam the cauliflower probably, which is not what I like... Garlic could use slightly more cooking time, a tad raw. I would double the chilis used.
