On the menu-
1) Baby bok choy with seasoned soy sauce and sesame oil
2) Amanda Taste's XO Shrimp (Link)
3) Leftover salted egg yolk tofu 
4) Rice with purple sweet potato

Notes: 
  • Seasoned soy sauce was leftover from Amanda Taste's one pot rice cooker chicken and mushroom 'claypot' rice (Link)
