Ishikari Nabemono

Good japanese nabemono when you are in the mood just hits the spot!
For our shime, we shared 1 serving of udon and cooked it up with 1 egg.
Soup stock wise, we did the full 1L, but halved the ingredients.
Yuzu kosho on the side is magic. Nanami Togarishi with the shime as well.
Impossible to photo a stew nicely, so whatever, here is the photo lol.
