Miso-marinated Chicken and Potatoes

This recipe came from my mother. The miso flavor is very, very mild at the end after the 1 hour cooking time. Perhaps save some and add it at the end to highlight its flavor a little more. 

I cooked it over the stove because I needed the rice cooker to make rice! 

Simple and easy... but it also tastes simply and easy haha. 

Been lazy lately and not transferring my stews out of the Le Creuset. I think I should go back to doing that as it makes for a nicer picture without the "side fond".
