Randomly chanced upon this recipe on youtube earlier this week and of course it was something I immediately need to make.

Do I love TARO? ✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓
I set out to make this humble looking sando on a Thursday morning (no mean feat given the go-to weekday breakfast is PB toast!). Safe to say I am pretty pleased with the results and see lots of taro floss sandwiches in my future!
Sando isn't as 'heavy' as it looks and it's comparable to a PB sandwich. Quite filling though! The only downside perhaps is the extra sugar that is part of breakfast, but I can live with that for this! Just for this!!!!
Notes:
- Used just a little less sugar than recommended and it was good!
- Subbed soy milk for milk & cream
- Ideally, I should steam the taro longer so it will be a smooth paste rather than have some chunks in it! Just a textural preference.
