Steamed Fish with Preserved Chilli

Been a while since we had fish, amidst the chicken loving frenzy. Made this dish three times so far with three different recipes we found online. The one I linked above is the best one (for our palates)! I added my own sichuan pickled peppers and the sour / pungent flavors it brought to the dish was a pleasant dimension! We had it with chilean sea bass and it was bomb diggity. 

We usually use this: Link which isn't bad either. The quick lime marinade gets rid of some of the fishy/mud taste that you sometimes get from fresh water fish like tilapia, catfish...
