Bean Paste (Taucheo) Fish

1 Tbsp of Taucheo Bean Paste is good for 2 servings of fish. My bean paste wasn't that salty so I added salt and MSG to taste as well. 

We used a local striped bass and it was great. Not to mention it is generally cheaper than black sea bass and red snappers (which goes for $14.99/lb and $16.99/lb respectively in our neck of the woods!) The striped bass was ~1.5lbs in total (whole fish, gutted) and we used half.
