Inspired by flavorful origins on Netflix!
Taste a little more umami than Hainanese chicken and it's served warm so it's a good compromise for us.
Used 1/2 chicken here. I steamed it on low heat for ~20 minutes and it was still raw. I think 20 minutes on medium-low heat would be good. Alternatively test with a meat thermometer!
