Japanese Breakfast
Merry Christmas!
Marinating Aki Sake the night before. Waking up to the smell of freshly cooked rice. Cooking a quick dashi for miso soup. Mixing up a box of natto to share. Sipping freshly brewed green tea.
Every day should be so blissful. The simplest things in life can bring so much joy and satisfaction.
Notes:
~1/2 tsp+ of kosher salt for 1/2 lb salmon.
Miso to taste, after the soup is done cooking. Don't boil the miso. I mixed red and white miso.
